At SkinBeaming, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
📦 1. Return Conditions
✔️ You may return new, unopened items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery.
✔️ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or we made an error.
✔️ Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after your request is approved.
💰 2. Refund Process
Email us at support@skinbeaming.com with:
✔️ your order number,
✔️ the item(s) you wish to return,
✔️ and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
🚚 3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
🌍 4. International Orders
The same return and refund conditions apply to international orders.
